Bend's affordable housing spending is questioned

Members of the affordable housing committee have raised concerns that money from the city of Bend's affordable housing fund is being siphoned off to defend the mobile home park ordinance in court.

So far, the city has spent more than $26,000 in legal fees defending its mobile home park....
