Swimmers optimistic about state

Summit boys are expected to contend for 5A crown

The Summit boys swim team is back in contention for a state crown, after its three-year reign at the top (then Class 4A) was ended in 2006.

The 38 state-qualifying swimmers from five Central Oregon schools will take part in the 2007 state swim meet, which starts today and runs through Sunday.....
