The Bend Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a Bend man who is wanted on 31 counts of identity theft and was seen this morning at St. Charles Medical Center Bend wearing hospital scrubs.

Kenneth Robert Wieselman, 33, was seen about 10 a.m. at St. Charles wearing blue....
