ODOT begins clearing trees for passing lane near Sisters

SISTERS - The trees have started falling near Sisters for a new passing lane on U.S. Highway 20.

Initiated by the Oregon Department of Transportation, the $2.8 million project should be completed by June, ODOT spokesman Peter Murphy said. ODOT is constructing a roughly 2-mile westbound passing....
