No cigarette tax

The governor wants an added 84 cents a pack tax on cigarettes. Well, that's just dandy, but why not instead put a sin tax of 84 cents a bottle of booze? After all, booze causes more people and families personal problems than cigarettes ever will, and far more people buy the state of Oregon's....
