Here's a pattern that's part Woolly Worm, part Bugger, and all Eastern Oregon. The tail provides a puffing action when retrieved, while the body hackle moves like fins. Its long, flowing collar changes the profile from the standard fly, making it a baitfish imitation and attractor.
