Urology group unhappy with LifeWise, Regence

Bend Urology Associates and Doctors Park Surgery Center are terminating their contracts with two health insurance companies.

As of March 15, the five physicians at Bend Urology - who also own the surgery center - will no longer be a part of the provider networks for Regence BlueCross BlueShield....
