Authorities enforce seat belt law

Law enforcement agencies throughout Central Oregon will join the state in a 14-day seat belt enforcement blitz, beginning Monday and lasting through Sunday, Feb. 18, according to a news release from the city of Bend.

Officers will work overtime to enforce seat belt and child safety restraint....
