Trails icy, crusty

Icy snow conditions prevail in the Central Oregon Cascades.

According to Deschutes National Forest trails specialist Chris Sabo, conditions this week are "icy, kind of icy, very icy, springlike, icy, soft, crust, fast, hard pack, et cetera."
