4-way stop at Fifth, Portland to return

The four-way stop at Portland Avenue and Fifth Street in Bend will be activated at 5 a.m. Tuesday, according to a news release from the city of Bend.

The stop was removed last year because of the Newport Bridge reconstruction detour.
