Bend offers short-term fix for 97/20

Busy Cooley Road intersection alternative may buy city time

If a short-term fix is made to Cooley Road, it could buy Bend seven to 10 years before many millions of dollars worth of improvements would be needed along U.S. Highway 97 and 20.
