There's no explaining the lines for meals at McMenamins pub

I dropped by McMenamins Old St. Francis School around a quarter past seven Saturday night. The restaurant was packed. Potential diners were waiting more than an hour to be seated.

For the life of me, I have no idea why. It's not that the food and service are bad ... it's just that they're not....
