When I walked the historic Huntington Road, I didn't get over the entire length from The Dalles to Upper Klamath Lake. But my son Daniel and I managed to cover about a mile and a half of the trail out on Bureau of Land Management turf northeast of Bend.
The road - actually a dusty double-track....
