Snow conditions are prime at the higher elevations of the Central Oregon Cascades, but it gets good and icy the lower you go.
The icy conditions could get worse, with milder temperatures in the forecast. Warmer weather perpetuates the thaw-freeze-thaw cycle, which makes for slick and crunchy....
