An Oregon Lottery Powerball ticket worth $1 million was purchased in Bend over the weekend, but the lucky winner has yet to step forward.

Lottery officials announced Monday that the ticket was sold somewhere in Bend but they won't know where or who bought it until the ticket holder shows....
