Popular Nia classes at Juniper put your workout in motion

Walk by the fitness classroom at the Juniper Swim & Fitness Center on a Tuesday or Thursday morning, and you're likely to see quite a few smiles. The women in the Nia group exercise class always seem to be enjoying themselves with free-flowing dance steps to high-energy music.
