Sisters buys roadside field for wastewater disposal

Move will give city more land for disposal, keep pasture undeveloped

With its view of the mountains, grazing horses and equine sculpture, the Lazy Z Ranch is a familiar sign that Sisters is just around the corner for people heading west along U.S. Highway 20.
