Patsy R. Connington, of Bend, died Wednesday of cancer. She was 78.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday at Eastmont Church.

Mrs. Connington was born Oct. 18, 1928, in Fort Smith, Ark., to George and Bessie (Wooten) Martin. She married Marvin Campbell.....
