BEND - High winds at Mount Bachelor kept four chairlifts out of commission and led officials to postpone Sunday's Enter the Dragon amateur halfpipe contest.

A rescheduled date for the second half of the 10th Annual freestyle snowboarding competition had not been announced late Sunday.
