The aging Albertsons grocery store on Bend's north side is about to get a makeover.

The 33,033-square-foot store, first opened in 1994, will get a new soup bar, a Starbucks kiosk and a new exterior facade, along with other tweaks and upgrades, in a $2.5 million to $3.5 million project,....
