Otha Maurine Perdue, of Porterville, Calif., died Saturday of natural causes. She was 78.

A celebration of life will be held at 11 a.m. today at Missionary Baptist Church in Porterville.

Mrs. Perdue was born Oct. 22, 1928, in Memphis, Tenn., to John and Otha Cook.....
