Vandals spread ill will in Bend

Some holiday grinches found their way to Bend's downtown, tearing off a third of the lights on Bend's towering Christmas tree and destroying other holiday decorations that adorn the downtown.

Since decorations went up around Thanksgiving time, vandals have been ripping down some of the ice blue....
