The Madras Drag Racing Association has received a high regional honor.
At an awards ceremony held Dec. 9 in Seattle, Madras Dragstrip, which is operated by the MDRA, was named 2006 Summit Racing Series Track of the Year for the National Hot Rod Association's Northwest Division.
