A Bend man was killed around 9:40 p.m. Friday when his pickup truck spun out on black ice on state Highway 22 near Gates, west of Detroit, according to a news release from the Oregon State Police.
Daniel Lynn Dickey, 44, was driving the truck east when he hit black ice and went off the shoulder....
