In her opinion piece in the Nov. 11 Bulletin, Janet Stevens erred in stating that ballot Measure 47, the campaign finance reform initiative, failed in 36 of Oregon's 38 counties. Actually, Measure 47 passed in 36 of Oregon's 38 counties. It became law on Dec. 7.
The new law will almost certainly....
