In the climate-controlled confines of the Bend Wine Cellar, owner Dennis Sienko says he has sometimes thought of smashing a bottle of wine on the floor - he prefers the rich aromas to the woody scents pervading the cellar's cool and humid air.
But 40 percent of Sienko's sales come from customers....
