Pond offers urban angling

New fishing opportunity under development for Bend Pine Nursery

Anglers who live in Bend may soon find decent still-water fishing opportunity without even leaving town.

Plans are in the works to build a fishing pond in the Bend Pine Nursery, 150 acres of U.S. Forest Service land being developed into a park in northeast Bend.
