Bend's mobile home park ordinance appears to be legal garbage. On Wed- nesday a Clackamas County Circuit Court judge threw out the city of Wilsonville's mobile home park ordinance, which Bend's ordinance was based on. The judge called the Clackamas ordinance "unduly burdensome"....
