Gov. Ted Kulongoski's big health care priority is to get health insurance coverage for the approximately 117,000 children in the state with no coverage. It's an ambitious proposal.
Kulongoski has said he would make all uninsured children up to the age of 19 eligible for the Oregon Health Plan.....
