'Fruitcakes' stays away from the traditional Dickens and Nativity options

The holidays usually scare the Dickens out of actors and directors.

Scrooge, Tiny Tim and the rest of the cast of "A Christmas Carol" are overworked, and pickings are slim if you discount spoofs of the famous play.
