'Bend to Baja' book chronicles a surfing, climbing road trip along the Pacific Coast

Gerry Lopez says it's something that surfers do all the time: spontaneously load up the surfboards and hit the road to find the best waves.

Jeff Johnson just happened to write a book about such a trip.
