Arlene I. Carlton, of Bend, died Friday. She was 90.
No services are planned.
Mrs. Carlton was born Oct. 1, 1916, in Plano, Ill., to John and Dorothea Johnson. She married Walter Tallian on June 30, 2002. She worked in banking until her retirement in 1990.
