The third annual Pet Adoption and Education Fair is scheduled for Dec. 9-10 at the Deschutes Services Building, 1300 N.W. Wall St., Bend. It runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 9 and from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 10.
