Try again on Bend's downtown EID tax

Bend's downtown taxing district has gone kerblooie. Deschutes County Circuit Court Judge Stephen Tiktin ruled that the district that was supposed to keep downtown clean, pretty and safe was set up incorrectly.

We hope property owners and the city revive it.
