Ski for Schools Day, planned to be held annually, is scheduled for Friday at Mt. Bachelor ski area.

The benefit for Bend and Redmond schools allows skiers and snowboarders to get a one-day jump on the season by purchasing a $15 ticket. The ticket allows people to take to the slopes the day....
