Resolve Measure 37

The certifiable land use havoc wreaker known as Measure 37 became the law in Oregon in 2004. But there are still many things about it that remain unclear and unfortunate.

This is a job for Gov. Ted Kulongoski and the new Democratic majority in the Oregon Legislature to fix.
