Madras roundabout artists selected

Two artists have been selected to create art for the first two roundabouts completed recently in Madras.

Bend sculptor Chris "Buffalo" Folsom and Miles Pepper, of Pullman, Wash., have been notified of their winning bids.

Folsom plans to create a 20- to 25-foot tall rearing grizzly bear....
