Incumbent U.S. Rep. Greg Walden, R-Hood River, appeared to defeat Democrat Carol Voisin, 59, an instructor from Ashland, and Constitution Party candidate Jack Alan Brown Jr., 58, a Grants Pass small-business owner, in his fifth bid for Congress.
