Redmond Big Brother receives statewide honor

Having grown up without a father himself, Branegan Dixon decided in 2001 to join the Big Brothers Big Sisters program in Redmond to help others like him.

Now, more than five years later, Dixon, 27, has two Little Brothers and was recently named Big Brother of the Year for the state.
