Mt. Bachelor lift-cable accident draws OSHA

One worker said to be in serious condition

Four Mt. Bachelor ski area employees were injured, one seriously, when a chairlift cable they were attempting to splice Friday on the Sunrise Express chairlift snapped free while being pulled under high tension, causing the cable to whip like an unattended garden hose.
