Support taxing districts, stable funding for law enforcement

In May, the voters of Deschutes County passed the stable funding measures on our ballots with a 65 percent majority for the countywide District 1. The folks in the "rural" area (District 2) also passed the rural law-enforcement district with a 9 percent margin of yes votes.....
