Sunless tanners are safer than tanning in the sun or in a bed

Fact. According to the Skin Cancer Foundation, sunless tanning products avoid the cell damage caused by UV rays from the sun or tanning beds that puts people at risk for skin cancer. At worst, sunless tanning products present a minimal risk of irritant or allergic reactions.
