A discarded cigarette started a fire at a Bend house early Sunday morning. The fire, which the Bend Fire Department responded to at 3:22 a.m., caused an estimated $2,000 in damage to the house at 20050 Voltera Place. When fire crews arrived at the scene, they saw light smoke coming from the side....
