Professional tattoo artists urge people to get educated

"Everybody gets the tattoo they deserve."

So spoke Greg Toliver, a tattoo artist and the owner of Ink Tank Tattoo shop in Redmond. He made the comment a couple of years ago during a Bulletin interview with his former band, The Confederats.
