Bend wakeboarder second at world event

FORT WORTH, Texas - Alex Scagliotti of Bend took second place on Sunday at the World Wakeboarding Association (WWA) World Championships in Fort Worth.

Scagliotti, 16, competed in the Junior Men's Pro division, consisting of riders from ages 14 to 18.
