Groundbreaking is set to begin Thursday for Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar in Redmond, which will be located at 3807 S.W. 21st St., at Frank's Landing. The 5,430-square-foot restaurant will provide more than 100 jobs, with hiring likely in December, Marketing Manager Matt Madison said....
