Phyllis Rich pleads guilty, will testify against husband in Pac Equities case

One of the two former Bend residents indicted for securities fraud in the Pac Equities case pleaded guilty to lesser charges Tuesday, in exchange for testimony against the other defendant in the case - her husband.
