State minimum wage to hit $7.80

On Jan. 1, Oregon's minimum wage will increase to $7.80 per hour, Oregon Labor Commissioner Dan Gardner announced Friday.

The current state minimum wage is $7.50 per hour, the second-highest in the country after Washington state's $7.63 per hour.
