Sunriver woman says final goodbye to her pets

Candace Crane, 59, suffers from terminal breast cancer

Although she could not speak, Candace Crane seemed to understand that she was seeing her pets for the last time Thursday.

The animals seemed to understand, too. Her horse nudged her with its muzzle, while one of her dogs tried to jump in her bed and lick her. The dog, Daisy, could not stop....
