Cletus "Clete" Elmer Seabaugh, of Bend, died Wednesday of cancer. He was 83.

A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Stonelodge Retirement Living.

Mr. Sea-baugh was born Dec. 10, 1922, in Daisy, Mo., to Ellis and Hannah Seabaugh. He married....
